I am an accomplished global operations and New Product Introduction (NPI) development executive with a track record of success, primarily in the electronics/ semiconductor technology / manufacturing arena.  In my most recent corporate role as Head of Product Operations at Amazon, I managed hardware NPI development, technology / manufacturing management that enable Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology to successfully launch and deploy into more than 70 physical stores, including Amazon Fresh, Amazon GO, WholeFoods, Hudson Express, Stadium stores and Starbucks.  These efforts led to record sales in 2020, 2021, and 2022. As Vice President of Operations at Everspin, and Symwave, I was instrumental in taking those VC funded companies to an IPO and a successful acquisition.

With more than 28 years of global corporate leadership experience, I consider myself a visionary who excels at strategic planning, NPI engineering, operations modeling, hire and retain best talents, and sustaining quality integrity.  I combine a high level of business integrity with a motivation to achieve and comitted loyalty to my customers and team.
